Last commit containing the simplesender sub-project

The simplesender sub-project has been unmaintained since 2012. It is
likely something left-over from mirth 2.x. There are no references to it
in the current project.

Updated for Java Version

Move html file outside of install4j.  Fixed bug with max java version.
