Added (full) reorthogonalization step to applyExp to counter inaccuracies due to the loss of orthogonality in Lanczos iteration (default in on). Also, moved `w -= beta * v0` step to be calculated before calculating `alpha` (modified vs classical Gram-Schmidt).
