Based on the latest version of Docker-Java, 3.4.1, but with an up-to-date Apache HTTP Client 5.4.1. Built with and for Java 21.
This is needed to be compatible with the latest version of Spring, which now also uses the Apache HTTP Client, in a version which is incompatible with the older version used in the official 3.4.1 release.

Also most dependencies with vulnerabilities were update to a later version without vulnerabilities.

Only used and tested with the Apache Http Client transport, not thoroughly tested.
