NVENC AV1 CQ range wrong #6418

Description

Problem Description

Hi, the current NVENC AV1 "Constant Quality" (CQ) range in HandBrake is 0-51.
However the range actually supported by the encoder is 0-63.

See:
FFmpeg/FFmpeg@aead614

Also CQ 0 is a special value, from the description:

0 means automatic

I guess when users want the best quality they would probably set the CQ slider all to the right. But this currently selects the automatic mode which results in lower quality compared to CQ 1.

So I think it would make sense for this slider to have a range of
1-63

Maybe with an additional auto mode which is separate from the CQ slider which would set CQ to 0 in the background.
