Problem Description

In Windows, using the "Import from file" preset menu option to import the following JSON causes an immediate crash on every Handbrake instance I have installed to Windows 7 or windows 10.

Fast 1080p30 (MKV-h265-RF28).json

I only see this when importing to Windows. No issue when importing back into a MAC instance,
I have installed my Windows instances to the installation folder "C:\Program Files\HandBrake"

Can someone help me to understand why?
