• add idempotent graphify-out hygiene excludes during graphify rebuild/update
• update existing .eslintignore, .prettierignore, .dockerignore, .ecrc, and golangci configs without creating new config files
• preserve committed graphify-out artifacts while keeping generated output out of repo lint/format/build-context checks
