Configure Direct Egress for DVT Cloud Run to reach local VPC #68
Enable Direct VPC Egress for the DVT Cloud Run service to reach the local VPC, which the source database is most likely accessible via.
Add this to the Terraform by default rather than requiring VPC Connector setup by the user as a post-installation step.
