Auto Login not working although everything setup as documented, DNN Version 9 and DNN.ActiveDirectory Version 7

1. Direct access to windowsSignIn.aspx able to auto login
2. From portal landing page doesn't auto login or redirect to windowsSignIn.aspx
3. This portal is using mixed form authentication

Other comments or remarks

Have tried a lot of different ways from online source but still not working.

1. Comment of <add name="Authentication".... in web.config of section. this not exists in the web.config
2. WindowsSignIn.aspx file enabled windows authentication in IIS while there rest files/folders are with windows authentication disabled.
3. Auto login test not testing in the same server.
4. the AutoLoginIP setting set to 1.1.1.1-255.255.255.255 / leave it blank / set to specific testing server. All not auto login from the main site or the landing page.
5. Set loginUrl to path for WindowsSignIn.aspx. Not working as well
6. Followed the guideline for IIS 7.X to unlock anonymous and windows authentication
