  1. fix: prevent IndexError in _process_flatten with primitive arrays 

    When using --flatten --schema-only with a primitive array (e.g. [1,2,3]),
_process_flatten tried to access objects[0] on an empty list, causing
a crash. Added guard for empty objects list.

Added regression test coverage for this edge case.
Also fixed version assertion in CLI test to match bumped 0.1.1.
