  • HPC cleaning and restructuring

    The HPC is quite a mess right now. There are some issues that should be attached and resolved: - Moving singularity-images/ out of the computing resources (scratch) - Moving pipelines/ out of computing resources (scratch) and reorganize /pipelines/ folder - Remove all the unused conda environments (mainly those that are currently executed via singularity) - Reorganize all the reference folders

  • Create thorough documentation for every service in the catalog

    As per the title, this wiki should include a complete description for each step that has to be made throughout the process of every service in the catalog. Right now we only provide some descriptions for RSV, SARS and ASSEMBLY services. However, they do not cover every step in the workflow.
