Decodes PSV files.

You need to have PS Offline Player.

1. Download PS Offline Player
2. Log into your account
3. Search for video and download it
4. Open the executable and set the paths. (Default path of PS Offline Player is %localappdata%\P%$*&#^ght)
5. Wait for the decoder to complete.
