- Built AI-powered product experiences at SellStatic by integrating 5 production AI models and designing agent lifecycle, evaluation, and circuit breaker patterns
- Developed an AI RAG Chatbot to improve customer onboarding experiences at SellStatic, improving response quality by 50% and reducing user cited friction by 33%
- Designed an evaluation and guardrail framework for SellStatic’s image-generation pipeline using OCR and heuristic-based quality checks to enforce output quality on AI-generated images
