Full Stack Developer

AsiaQuest

As a Full Stack Developer and AI Engineer at AsiaQuest, I developed an AI credit score microservice to help speed up loan processing for Dipo Star Finance using FastAPI and Multi-Agent RAG . I also developed an AI chatbot as an alternative to ChatGPT to protect sensitive data, deployed on Google Kubernetes Engine with Azure CI/CD pipelines. Apart from AI, I developed JavaScript customizations for Kintone, and translated business requirements into system designs with cost and timeline estimations.

Web Developer

Webby Group Sdn Bhd

My journey into professional development began during my internship at Webby, where I worked on diverse client projects. I built CRUD modules and statistical charts for ChargeSini using React and GraphQL, revamped booking interface to reduce abandoned transactions for Caricarz using Vue and REST API, and optimized database queries and algorithms for Huaxin using Laravel and REST API. I also engineered a contact module to automate manual support processes for KPSB Care using Laravel and GraphQL.

Software Engineering Student

During university, I pursued BSC. Computer Science (Software Engineering), learning languages such as C, C++, Java, and PHP, along with frameworks such as Laravel and React Native. At the same time, I also contributed to open-source projects such as GitHub Catppuccin and published a VS Code extension called Lunar Keymap. I enjoy the process of communicating and building with the open-source community, to deliver solutions that they use and appreciate.

Engineering Student

Interestingly, I didn't start out thinking I'd become a software developer. I studied Civil Engineering in high school and was pursuing Automotive Engineering for my Bachelor's degree. Learning programming in Java blew my mind as I can create something out of nothing. That moment changed everything. I knew this was the path I wanted to follow, and I made the difficult decision to drop out from studying abroad in Germany under a full scholarship, taking a leap of faith into Computer Science.

Linux and Android Enthusiast

My tech obsession goes way back to primary school, when I was a kid flashing custom Android ROMs for me and my friends. I spent hours tinkering Windows with Rainmeter, and exploring Linux distributions including Debian, Fedora, and Arch (I use Arch BTW). Dual-booting Windows and Linux as a daily driver and customizing GRUB bootloaders may seem overkill for a kid, but it gave me knowledge of how systems work under the hood, and it shaped who I am today.
