1. Overly charged; having too much electricity or some other form of energy and/or matter stored within someone or something.

     This is evidently the case with inanimate matter, but the living organism with active consciousness, which has reached a higher level and is normally rather overcharged with power, seldom retains its energy latent or unused for long.
