Twee is a storytelling fairy. She is a yellow penguin wearing a wig, a dress and wings. She is the narrator of the play Fairy Fables. She lives in a magical tree, and has a liking for things in pairs. She is portrayed as helpful, using her magical abilities to assist Prince Redhood. However she is also seen to have a demanding side, and refuses to let Prince Redhood change the color of his outfit.[1]
