Mentionへ公式RTツイートが流れてくる件について

今朝方から include_rts=true で http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/mentions.json にも 公式RTが流れてくるのですが、これは正式リリースと見てよろしいのでしょうか。

この件と関連して、別の問題も発生しています。
include_rts=falseまたはinclude_rtsパラメータ指定無しの場合、一度に返ってくるMentionsの件数が少なくなることがあります。
これは恐らくinclude_rts=true付加時の結果から公式RTを除去したものが返っているためだと思います。

さらに、include_rts=true付加時に返るツイートの最新20件が全て公式RTだった場合、最新のMentionsをinclude_rts=falseで20件取得しようとすると、
Mentionsが1件も返りません。これでは基準となるツイートが無いためmax_idの指定ができず、続きを取得することもできません。

mentionsに公式RTが流れてくること自体は、
こちらにも記載がありますが、5/14付でのこの変更は延期されたとあります。
ところが、弊社でサービスを提供している一部のお客様におかれまして、上記の変更が行われ、
1. include_rts=trueにしていないのに、デフォルト状態でmentionsに公式RTが含まれる
2. 取得件数を100件にしていると、API ResponseとしてOver Capacity(HTTPレスポンスは502)が返されて、何度再試行してもエラーとなる
3. (2)のケースにおいて、取得件数をデフォルトにすると取得ができる

という現象が発生しています。

以下質問です。
Q1. (1)の実施は一部のアカウントで開始していると考えられますが、いつごろの時点でフルにリリースされる予定ですか？
Q2. (2)に関しては、一時的な問題ですか？それとも、今後取得件数のサポートはだんだんなくなる方向ですか？

もしお分かりになるようでしたらお知らせくださいませ。

Issue: Some accounts have retweets included in mentions API already (after 14th of May)

To reproduce:
(1) We are seeing retweets in addition to mentions within http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/mentions.json for a minor number of
Twitter accounts. They seems to be already migrated to:
even though the change above was announced to be postponed after 14th of May.
(2) In addition, for those accounts, we get 502 responses with (Over Capacity) HTML title if we request 100 entities or more.
Requesting default (25?) entities will result in no error.

Questions:
Q1. The account migration in (1) case seems to be happening already; if so, when will it be fully rolling out?
Q2. Case (2) seems to be a big problem for us, as if the account is receiving 100's of retweets in a short time, we will be
missing some mentions as the API response will be filled with retweets and much less mentions. Will Twitter be
accepting only default number of result entities in the future, or is this just a temporary problem?

現在、mention.jsonについては、include_rts=true を付けてもRTされたツイートが入らなくなっております。

恐らくは今朝のトラブルの余波かとは思うのですが、結局のところ、このmention.jsonにRTが入るのは仕様として確定なのか否か、だけ教えて
頂けませんでしょうか。

本件ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

弊社担当に問い合わせたところ 5/14付での変更延期以降の
正式なスケジュールが種々の理由で確定していないそうです。

確定次第アナウンスさせて頂きますので
